Why I Created This Program


Every person has the right to decide what they want to eat without feeling pressure to be perfect or obligated to someone else’s rules.

This is the process I went through to happily and safely determine what was right for me and stick to it.

Nothing feels better than knowing you’ll never have to wonder which eating style is right for you.

What does this course cover?

Live by the eating style that makes you feel good and helps you reach your goals.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

Get clear with how you feel when you eat certain foods and understand that food is not about what you eat.

It’s also about how you feel, how you prep it, how it makes it’s way to you and ultimately how you want it to support you.

This course is perfect for people who feel unorganized in the kitchen and like their eating patterns are random and spontaneous.

Not only will you be accountable to one focus at a time you’ll begin to see how your environment can set you up for sustainable success.

How is this course structured?

The is a 4 week program that is split up into 4 weekly focuses.

We move forward in a sustainable way adding one topic per week.

Each day you’ll track your progress in your private dashboard and complete the bonus challenges on Wednesdays if you’d like more opportunities for growth.
