Overcoming Resistance with Love, Acceptance, and Respect with Elle Pace
I'm honored to have my good friend and client Elle Pace on the podcast today. She is a massage therapist and one of the most accepting people I know. This episode starts off with a story where Elle had resistance to accepting someone without even knowing them.
Listen as she describes her process of overcoming that resistance and allowing the teaching moment to expand into other areas of her life. You'll love listening to how you can learn to overcome resistance and have it move you to love, acceptance, and respect.
Elle not only incorporates this into her massage therapy business but she also teaches it because of her challenging past of domestic violence and poor health habits. She reclaimed her life by learning to love and care for herself in the smallest of ways.
I hope as you listen you'll become more aware of how you can overcome your resistance and move forward with love, acceptance, and respect for yourself and all those you come in contact with.
You can find Elle on social media here.

In this final episode of 2025, I take time to reflect and invite you to do the same. I talk about why setting goals still matters, even when we don’t hit them. A lot of us avoid goals because we’re tired of feeling disappointed, but real growth starts with honesty. I share a personal story about aiming for six figures in speaking and not reaching it, yet learning so much in the process. Progress doesn’t always look like success on paper, and that’s okay.

Ep. #155 Did you get on the Naughty or Nice L...

In this episode, I talk about the “nice list” and the “naughty list” in business, and it’s not really about Santa. It’s about how we treat our business and ourselves. As the year wraps up, I encourage a guilt-free self-check and a look ahead to 2026. Being on the nice list means making choices that support growth and long-term success. Being on the naughty list means habits that quietly hold us back.

I explain that this is a full day of workshops designed to help you get clear, organized, and supported as you plan for the new year. I also talk about how much I love creating events that respect your time and energy, so you leave with a clear plan instead of feeling overwhelmed.

Ep. #153 Use The Productivity Hack: The 3 Que...

In this episode, I share a simple productivity trick that has helped both me and my clients. I talk about how doing a full brain dump, getting every task out of my head and onto paper or a Trello board, instantly gives me clarity and peace. Once everything is written down, I can finally see what needs to be done instead of carrying it all in my mind.
