What does this course cover?

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

Use your own body weight to gain strength, confidence, and an understanding of how to use your body at varying levels of intensity.

In addition to developing consistency with exercise you’ll get guidance on how to use nutrition to support your energy levels and workouts.

Who is this course for?

This is course is perfect for the person who needs a loving kick in the pants to start working out and needs specific movements to do that are going to show results.

This is perfect for the beginner and seasoned athlete who need quick workouts to see results.

Whether you are 18 or 72 you’ll be provided with modifications that are ideal for your current needs and goals. No gym or equipment is required.

How is this course structured?

This is a 4 week online exercise program with 5 workouts per week and 2 days of rest and recovery tasks.

The workouts are time sensitive and require you to take action at a level that is fun and sustainable.

In addition to short effective workouts there are 4 weekly focuses that enable you to tailor this program to your needs and goals.

Each day you’ll track your progress in your private dashboard.

How can you sign up?

Simply click the "Register Now" button below and grab a water bottle and rag to wipe your face. After you sign up you’ll get an email with login info and access to your dashboard. Your challenge will begin on Monday but plan to login on Sunday to check out the first weekly focus.

Meet your instructor

Marci is a fun and focused mom of 4 daughters and loves living an active lifestyle.

She has an extensive background in physical education, health, group fitness, and personal training.

She is here to teach you that any movement you continue to do will always be better than the movement that never happens.

Marci’s love for movement is contagious and is eager to show you that moving your body in your way can be incredibly fun and effective too.
